Adding Members to Your Care Hub
You can use the Care Hub without adding your care receiver, however, you won’t be able to see their health metrics through Apple or Fitbit if you don’t add them to your hub.
To manage your care hub, simply click on the cog icon in the upper right corner of the Care Hub page. You can add members by clicking the red plus icon and entering their information. They’ll need to check their email (or phone, if you texted them the invite) and follow the prompts there. Once they’ve accepted the invite, they’re part of your care hub and can sync their wearable health device such as an Apple Watch or Fitbit.
How do I rename my Care Hub?
Click on Menu in the upper left corner of the app. Click Care Hubs. Navigate to the gear cog in the upper right hand corner next to your Care Hub and click it. From there, rename your hub and click save!
How do I leave my Care Hub or Remove another Member?
To remove a care hub member, From the Main Menu, click on Care Hubs. Under Care Hub Members, select the member you're removing. Click their name, and click Remove from Care Hub. That's it!
To leave your care hub, you'll need to make another member of your Care Hub the account owner. From the Main Menu, click on Care Hubs. Under Care Hub Members, select the member you're promoting to account owner. Then click "Promote to Care Hub Owner". After promoting them, go back to the main Care Hub page, click on the gear cog next to the hub name, and click "Leave Care Hub".
