Adding users and assigning licenses in the Employer Dashboard is simple.
Once you're logged into the dashboard, you can invite users from the Dashboard homepage or the User Management page.
From the Dashboard Homepage, you can invite one user by clicking the plus icon. Simply enter their name and email address to invite them.
To add a user from the User Management page, navigate to the User Management section in the side menu.
You can invite a single user from here or use the CSV Import tool. If you use the CSV Import tool, simply create a .csv spreadsheet with Separate Columns named First Name, Last Name, and Email.
Once you've invited users, they'll appear in your Current Users section of the User Management page. Users who have been invited to use Avanlee will show as invited, and those who have accepted their invitation and are using one of your license counts will show as accepted.
