You can create and upload care-related information such as receipts, medication list changes, and care notes in the Care Log.
You can add an entry to the Care Log from the homepage of the app, or by clicking on the plus icon from any page it's featured.
Then, select Add to Log.
After you select add to log, select what type of care log entry you're creating from the dropdown list, name it, and add any appropriate attachments, information, or linked events or medications by following the prompts on the page.
To add an attachment, linked medication, or event, click the log page's corresponding button. From here, select your attachment type, medication, or event.
Add any additional information you may need, and click Add Entry to save the Care Log.
