There are four main pages for the Ava app: Home, Wellbeing, Resources, and Care Hub and an easy add + sign in the middle of the navigation bar where you can quickly add events, medications, and care hub and log entries.
On the home page, you can access Your Wellbeing, Your Care Receiver, and the Resources Page. We will talk about each of them more in-depth on their About pages, but we’ll do a brief overview of each page below.
Your well-being is all about you as the caregiver. You can track your emotional well-being through our Caregiver Strain Index (CSI) evaluation and share your progress with your chosen support team.
Your Care Receiver
Here you can see quick information about your care receiver’s pinned health data such as steps, heart rate, and sleep, access their schedule, medication information, and anything upcoming within the next two hours for their to do list.
You can access our New Caregiver’s Checklist as well as keyword search for other resources and caregiver education pages from the Resources page.
