How do I set family member permissions?
You’ll initially set if a family member is a caregiver or receiver when you invite them to the family. Once you’ve set those permissions, you can update the specific accessibility for each user.
To update permissions beyond caregiver/care receiver you will need to have an Essential or Premium subscription.
Click on Menu , then Manage my Family.
Click on the user you want to edit, and set if they are a caregiver or care receiver, and set their role: Administrator or User. Additionally, you can set permissions for managing medicine and events, as well as family invites.
User Types
Caregiver
The person providing care/support to family members. Primary caregivers using Avanlee as a family administrator receive a running daily health report on each care receiver. This is useful for primary caregivers because it gives them the ability to easily coordinate care with siblings, manage medications, view upcoming appointments and see real-time health metrics of the care receiver.
Care Receiver
A family member receiving support or care from other family members
Additional Permissions

Permission Types
Family Administrator
A family administrator is the primary caregiver or administrator of the family in the app. As an administrator, you can add and remove users, set schedules, medications, and reminders, as well as remove users from the family.
User
A user is typically a care receiver, or non administrator role in the family. Without giving them permissions to edit medication or schedules, the User will only be able to see schedules/medications set for them.
