How do I create additional Care Hubs?
You'll need a subscription to create additional care hubs and invite care team members to them.
Click on Menu 
, then click Care Hubs. You’ll see a list of the Care Hubs that you’re part of. To create a new Care Hub simply click on Switch Care Hubs. Click Create New Care Hub, name it, and click add.
How do I switch between Care Hubs?
Click on Menu , then click Care Hubs. From here you’ll see a list of the Care Hubs that you’re part of. To switch between them, simply click on Switch Care Hubs.
