I’m a family caregiver, how do I use the app to help my loved one?
If the user has created a Google Fit Account or enabled Apple Health Kit or Fitbit, you'll be able to see their health information. You can find those steps here.
Once permissions have been set on the app, to see user health data, scroll to the health report section of the summary page.
To set goals for your care receiver, click on any one of the health sections (steps, heart rate, or sleep) and click the edit cog in the upper right-hand corner.
Setting Health Ranges, Goals, and Alerts
You can then set your care receiver's health goals, and set notification alerts.
On the Health Notifications page, you can set your care receiver's goals and alerts for their daily steps set a heart rate range that will alert you if it falls outside of your set values, and set sleep goals.
Each of these sections will notify you if you toggle the notification button on, and you can set a specific time to see these notifications as well.
Additionally, you can see hourly and cumulative graph data for your care receiver's heart rate, step count, and sleep data and mood charts.
