I’m a family caregiver, how do I use the app to help my loved one?
If the user has created a Google Fit Account or enabled Apple Health Kit or Fitbit, you'll be able to see their health information. You can find those steps here.
Once permissions have been set on the app, to see user health data, navigate to Care Hub and select Health Data. Click on the red arrow next to Health Data to see more information.
Here you can view existing metrics, add new metrics, and track data manually.
You can add data manually for any of the existing metrics, or you can click the plus sign next to All Metrics and add any of the 168 metrics we have built into the app.
To pin these metrics for quick access, click on the pushpin icon next to the metric. This will pin the metric on your Care Hub's health data page.
Adding Data
To add data for an existing metric, simply click on the metric, and click the plus sign next to Graph. Add in the information you need, and click Add Entry. Otherwise, once an Apple Watch or Fitbit is synced with the account, any data associated with health metrics will sync automatically.
Graphs
Each entry (whether manual or synced automatically) will automatically update the user's health graph for that metric. You can then filter the graph by the day, the week, or even custom timeframes depending on your needs.
