If you would like to permanently delete your Avanlee Care account, you can do so easily.
Once you've deleted your account, all data associated with your account is unrecoverable. We will not be able to reinstate your data if you would like to get your account back, and you'll need to create a new account.
To get started:
- Log into your account
- Click on Main Menu > My Profile
- Click the red text that reads "Permanently delete my account".
- This will send you an email prompt with instructions.
- Follow email prompt and click on "Delete my Account". This will open a browser on your phone that you'll need to log into using your Avanlee Credentials.
- Log into your account on your browser using your Avanlee Credentials
- Confirm that you want to delete your account and follow the steps listed on the browser page.
- Once you've deleted your account, all data associated with your account is unrecoverable. We will not be able to reinstate your data if you would like to get your account back, and you'll need to create a new account.
